Perfectly distracted.

Perfectly distracted.

Ok so I went for another run today and yesterday - they pretty much seems to be all I'm doing thats actually challenging. Oh and because it's hard - it hurts and it's tough and I have to work for any achievement. So, yeah you can kinda guess I'm all about doing 'worthwhile' stuff recently thats not easy. I'm running to burn fat and tone my body and generally it feels good. Besides that, work has been ok, I wish I could be making more of a difference generally.

Been working on motivation recently. What I mean by that is that it's been pretty tricky getting myself amped for iPhone development but yeah I know the problem - I'm not really quite interested right now, too interested in my latest XBox game, Resident Evil 5 - I real sweet game. I'm often surprised how I enjoy mucking about on it while I'm free. Went to watch a late night film called "Priest" this evening 21:30 screening. Was pretty cool.

Got my Telephone line installed recently which is great - apparently the line had been physically disconnected from the outside box or something. Anyway that's done and now I just need to get broadband and I'll be as happy as Larey(who must be quite happy as everyone says he is!)

Interesting time this is in my life. Contemplating what will be the next thing, what I want and what I want to take from my life. It's a tad bit ahead of myself but I think it's good to always have these questions and challenges at the forefront of your mind - life happens while I'm busy planning it, so I'm trying to find things I like right now so I do t just plan for the future but enjoy the now.

Why don't they have the time on the tube?

What do you do when you run out of things to look at on the tube?

How long are you allowed to stare at a person before it means something else?

Is it right to wear trainers with a suit?

When or how is it best to tell someone you don't like them?

Does fiction become fact the longer we wait?

Why aren't heart rate monitors not in watches?

How much can you read upside down?

What is the rotation threshold of ones head that one can read another persons paper without being detected?

Can you eat one food stuff for a year that all the nutrients needed to run your body?

Why does water enter the nose while swimming for some people but not others?

Do colours look the same to everyone?

Could we evolve to fly?

Is it it possible to make a ph neutral flavouring for sugar.

Right, rant time. I've got a iPhone on a Annual contract. I've found out that if I 'use up' my data allowance per month, well their is no way you can get more! I thought, well perhaps one could by extra - which you can do until you've bought the max, which I've done. Now, I'm quite happy to purchase more but one can't at this point. It's as though they seem unwilling to take your money for a service they provide you. And as a provider, you expect to pay for what they provide. It is as thought you cannot get what you want, even if you are willing to pay for what you want(which is bloody well what you do when you want a service - provide &consumer 101 people!).

O2 in their infinite wisdom have restricted me. Im not a fan of being limited. I'm incredibly frustrated but I know frustration gets you no where and complaining to O2 helps them out(and I'm so frustrated with them now) - I say screw them and I'll get my service from somebody who won't limit me - and that lady's and gentleman is how you do it. Without shouting and screaming, reasoning, delaying and it kicks 02 firmly in the gonads. Don't be a victim, make them the victims and you the champion. Now one sells me orange juice and says I'll only sell you half a glass and then I don't sell to you anymore!

My rant is now suitably over. I rest my case and move onto another provider.
