Right, rant time. I've got a iPhone on a Annual contract. I've found out that if I 'use up' my data allowance per month, well their is no way you can get more! I thought, well perhaps one could by extra - which you can do until you've bought the max, which I've done. Now, I'm quite happy to purchase more but one can't at this point. It's as though they seem unwilling to take your money for a service they provide you. And as a provider, you expect to pay for what they provide. It is as thought you cannot get what you want, even if you are willing to pay for what you want(which is bloody well what you do when you want a service - provide &consumer 101 people!).

O2 in their infinite wisdom have restricted me. Im not a fan of being limited. I'm incredibly frustrated but I know frustration gets you no where and complaining to O2 helps them out(and I'm so frustrated with them now) - I say screw them and I'll get my service from somebody who won't limit me - and that lady's and gentleman is how you do it. Without shouting and screaming, reasoning, delaying and it kicks 02 firmly in the gonads. Don't be a victim, make them the victims and you the champion. Now one sells me orange juice and says I'll only sell you half a glass and then I don't sell to you anymore!

My rant is now suitably over. I rest my case and move onto another provider.
