I hate to break it to the world but I think that couples are slowly taking over the world and I'm in denial about it. I say denial but it's not really denial but I thought I'd say it be because that's what people finish with so I'll start off with this.

Anyway, so I was saying, yeah so the thing that irritates me right, is pavement ownership. You mean like, ok you're a couple but deal with that and don't take up two lanes on the pavement - I don't care if you're holding hands, doing acrobatics in duo but get out of my bloody way! What we need is not a two way path system, na what's the point of that - you pilliks will use both ways for walking and dish-bags like yours truly here will have to do a 'cliff hugger' to get past you two losers. Now I know the world revolves around you stupid fish-sticks, so I'll compromise and propose a 2 way + 1 system so you can walk one way and let your partner hold your hand in a dedicated couple lane, going in the same direction, so you don't get in my frikken way to and from places! Do we need to help you with everything - sometimes I scarcely believe you can do anything without the help from the other. Our society has become a conglomerate of two halfwits wondering aimlessly, taking up path space, taking an age to agree on which restaurant to go into and they're slowly becoming common denominator public ,averaged out by their combined, dependant stupidity.

You know there is a ship in the middle of the ocean which has become its own country and has post stamps, passports and everything - I'd make that a equal opportunity law. Seriously. works me right up. Obviously you don't get couples walking down a ocean liner, but still that's not the point.

Don't even get me started with couples with a pram, oh my god - its like having three, no it is, three egits, only they're aiming for you, the pram is not a baby carrier it a paveway enforcer, they're bloody mental. Then you get the rogue ones who are pushing a pram that has no baby in it, they race it around like it's a buggy. Their is no need for it, and I'm just going for my evening run and they're littering the pavements, some aiming with their prams, others in training wielding an empty pram basher...maniacs

Now I've ranted about couples before, I think it's a perfectly objective, unbiased view and who better to give it than a single solitude guy like me. Just saying, that's all - that's you're a bunch of zombie idiots that I'd happily rather recycle than deal with.

Stupid bloody pave walking egits.

I feel much better :-)

This is silly. It's 07:14 and I'm on the tube. It'd be ok if it was 08:14 but it's not. My watch says 08:15 but everything else says 07:15. Just thinking, I must say I was a bit perplexed when my alarms did not go off but that had happened before and I ended late - so I didn't trust that. When I woke, my watch - its atomic and it said 08:40...so if it's atomic then it's got to be right? I jumped up and got ready, left my apartment and pretty much when I got to the platform it said that I was an idiot and that I shouldn't trust a wrist watch that can't even keep the time correctly. I shared the same sentiment somewhat. I'm not late, that's for sure.

On the plus side, I've got to find out where my new work offices are situated so I guess having the odd hour(oh god) will serve me well. But that said, I'm feeling pretty excited to be in a new spot really, new smell, new scenery, new everything - oh and we have a kitchen, which we didn't really have at Broadgate Towers, so that's pretty ok too.

I'm just wondering why my watch could get things so wrong, it receives time updates everyday so should be up to date. Dunno.

Ok so I'm over my apparent failing of my watch. I headed to our new offices in Devonshire square which is pretty cool. I got lost - only because technology threw me off(not my fault) - couldn't find the email with the new directions but finally did and do being as early as I was worked out pretty well. Found myself asking a receptionist where it is and was pointed in the right direction. Got there and no one was there, so I went into the court yard and grabbed a sushi and some stuff and found a colleague doing the same. We waited, sat and I realised how nice this place was. I headed in at 9 and the day just vanished. Intro meeting by Citrix, perusing the new space, perusing it again, and again and again an again and then setting up our Dev boxes only to have 2 hours to work which wasn't enought before heading to drinks at 16:30.

I know I've moved up when I got my own telephone.

I've just left and im still pretty proper. I'm getting aquired to my 2 beer regime.

I found the funniest YouTube clips last night. Laughed myself into a state. They were about animals talking and just being some inherently humanly stupid and that was so freaking funny. See my twitter account, it's all there.

I'm listening to AC/DC's Blond Bad and Beautiful and that pretty sums up how psyched up I am.

Office move and gaming.

Wasn't too long ago that we moved offices but we're doing it again, only this time, is for permanent lease. Kinda cool that on Monday we'll be in new surroundings and the guys have been showing us pictures as the construction happens. That, and the fact that we've just been bought by Citrix. We've had floor plans, conceptional diagrams, actual diagrams and well, it's pretty exciting in both respects. Also means we've done no work today whatsoever, great!

So, we put stuff in boxes today and went for Lunch, played some pool, had some drinks and now I'm off home and it's an early start to the weekend! Weird thing is that I haven't drunk any alcohol however I cunningly drank Red Bulls x3 but somehow I feel slightly light-headed, not drunk but sorta out of my own skin, a little, but enough to mention it. Maybe it's the caffeine & sugar high.

Took a video of us packing and me leaving Broadgate towers. Did the same thing when we moved from Camwood. Also Wierd knowing that it's the last time to see it, when you've been seeing it most the time in the last 6 months.

Thinking back now to the drinks earlier today(that I've just left) how there is that Wierd silence among colleagues who just have nothing to say to each other...like operations talking to support...nothing just quite tension and pressure to talk. Wasn't like that for us, we headed to play pool - suppose that breaks the ice somewhat. But you'll always get that. Funny to see though actually. Especially if you combine the flamboyant bunch with the not-so-flambie bunch. cool bar though called the Elbow in shoredich.

I've been wanting to get back into my gaming time on my Xbox but recently I've just been not doing it...I dunno maybe it's been work or gym or just TV but I seriously taking the back seat an as a responsible child, I should be doing better. So I'll dedicate my early weekend to some Mass Effect 2 and chill out.

Been doing some hectic runs in the last 2 weeks. Hectic in as much as my average for a run in a day has rocketed from 2.3km to 6km which at the moment is spread out by running to gyn(2.6km) and running 4km at gym - its getting cold now so I'm less incline to run 6km outside.

Still loving my little spot in Wimbledon, super cool. Seriously hungry. probably head back and upload the video to my website...
