Okay maybe not the gods but Microsoft – some may argue that they are gods but I’m not going to go down this route right now. Anyway IISReset seems to be helping me out so much recently. Working on an application that for some reason gets out of sync trying to connect to the web server when I build. Every time, IISReset comes to the rescue and beats the be’jesus out of it and it settles down and decides to work until it doesn’t then I wham it again with IISReset and it works fine. Shall I fix the actual problem. er, no.

Just cost me £250 for a Doctor to tell me that I'm too stressed and that I should go on a Holiday.

As it turns out, I'm lethargic not because I have a vitamin deficiency or I'm slightly diabetic or something vaguely useful, rather I work too hard.

Having said that I did get the doc to take multiple blood tests for screening which probably resulted, in large, to why my check up cost so much. So if there is something dodgy - the tests should say why.

The interesting thing now, presuming the doctor is right, is how I should change my lifestyle to become less stressed. Sure go for a holiday but what about during the week? I wonder what parts of my life are stressful and is it purely down to work? Interesting. makes one think about ones lifestyle -

I'm obviously doing far too much.

What wuss way to get diagnosed.

Be cool. Be happy

Often people attempt to live their lives backwards; they try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want, so they will be happier.  The way it actually works is the reverse.  You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do, in order to have what you want.  ~Margaret Young
