Right. So for the last couple of days now, I've been tracking my sleep patterns. last night I went to bed, this time later than usual 12pm and slept with general music playing, not softly but just there constantly.
as it turns out I, comparing my other sleep graphs, I had much much more deep sleep last night than before(I didn't move as much) - where before I'd quite often be in the verge of waking up through the night. (lots of movement)
I'm not sure if this is because I was more tired after going to bed later or because I had my music on. Either way a good quality result. however I did only sleep about 6 hours.
hmmm the mystery of the missing energy continues.
tomorrow I'll go to bed at 2200 and put music on and then I'll share my findings.
