I didn't go for that run I wanted to do yesterday, I don't know - the day just didn't unfold that way. And its funny that when I'm just not in the mood and stuffs just no gearing up to the way I thought I'd spend the day - I just seamlessly change the plan - i become the plan, I'm one with the plan...Right well, if you say that in a dramatic way, it kinda sounds like the way its in my head. I quite like the way I can just blend my every want, feeling and criteria into a always-changing ambition that just goes with me as I go. I think wayI'm trying to say is that I love the freedom of life really. That is such a good thing.

Got back from a Movie now, got some to my apartment and I'm so relieved that its where I left it - I kind of feel like Billbo Baggins perhaps somewhat returning to my little abode. Woke up pretty early, say 7:30 because my alarm was still set for yesterdays rondevu (which incidentally makes it sound like i was meeting with a drug lord, dosn't it? ) Well It was a lord, not the royal kind but my land lord. But Yeah so woke up early and was kinda bummed that I didn't go yesterday for a run - so I decided that I'd just get up and go. So pretty much just go up, donned my nerdy backpack, my running shoes and plugged in my tunes and I was off - Tracked geographically, of course with my Satellite-i-can-do-anything watch.

I found that grabbing a couple strips of gum and heading off with that really helps - I don't know maybe its the sugar that helps initially. My aim was 5Km - past gym, past and around Wimbledon... I just kept on running. Was watching my heart rate and I knew I was doing OK even though my legs were dying. I know this because I was maintaining a sub-180 heart rate and even at times I thought I needed to stop - i just pushed through because my heart rate was saying that I'm OK, just tired and tired I can pull through. I notice that near the end my heart rate was peaking so It was a good indicator that I was working harder - luckily by the time I hit 190 or roughly there - I was home. It was actually pretty cool so know that even though I was physically pushed, I could make a sounds decision about continuing, based on my heart rate. I liked that, knowing what your stats and condition is at all times. It took me 40 odd minutes and I pushed for an extra 2Km which was physically challenging as I've never been a distance runner. I have flashbacks of cross country running at school being so tiring and then later in high school, having to run as part of rugby practice. Anyhow's I'm really enjoying the outdoor running at the moment. Its even sweeter with the sun out and the running stats. So here are my results on that : Garmin Connect (for all you stalkers I'm not home on weekends only my killer pet Chameleon Wesley and He'll kick yo ass!)

Back on the protein, 100% pure whey which keeps my recovery time to a minimum and thats good - nothing like waking up for work, stiff and tired - like your body has not recovered yet. The protein really helps my body. I'm enjoying the feeling of giving my body what it needs at the moment and hopefully(and there is no reason not to continue) I continue this trend.

So I got back and it was only like 10:30 and I still had most of the day to go, by that time - the sun had started to come out and it was looking to be a grand day. So after a short stint of hydration I decided to grab my flip flops(Don't you just love that word) and head off into London for a stroll - just a leisurely stroll, casually taking up the sights and sounds of London which are so vast and rich.

Basically my Sunday stroll landed me Waterloo - I love waterloo because for me its the introduction to the Themes and the seemly never ending celebrations that occur on the banks. Their were people performing, music and entertainment -the sun was out, the people were out - I had like 4 ice-creames which great. Then i strolled down past St Geores Hospital and watched the Houses Of Parliament on the opposite side of the Themes to me now and really it was so exhilarating being here, out and about living life to the fullest and enjoying every moment of it.

After walking for about 2 hours or so, my toes succumbed to blisters I'd obtained from the run earlier so I ended up going home but It was really well worth the pain to see London in the sunshine. By the time I got some it was 6, I then watched a bit of TV and around 7 I decided to grab a movie. I watched the 8:30 show of Rio which was quite charming, I laughed a few times which pretty much means I liked the movie. Its now 23:41 and I've been home for about 30 minutes now and pretty much I reflect to 10% battery remaining on my iPhone. That said, I'm all robed in my gown and feel like a playboy, minus the pimp status and the gazillion babes.(I can dream right?)
