I ran home this morning from gym which is the first time since I decided not to, that, well I have
I ran at 5 minute pace which was OK considering that I was running with a rucksack which is something I don't particularly like doing but fared fairly well. I did notice unfortunately that my calf was tight and, well I noticed it. That could be because I’ve not run in a while like that particularly or it could be that its a bit of a indication that It’s not fully recovered. That said my other ‘mini’ runs were ‘OK’.
