Well it's back to work today. I've got my new boots on and they're pretty ok today - had to plaster up my heels and now they are good to go now. Also brought a container of whey protein in, also my shaker just so I can recover quicker from my runs. I got another container at home so if I drink before my run and then after, that should be pretty good. Packed my running shoes, running watch and shirt so I've had to up the size of my back pack. Hope it runs ok.(no waist straps)

So Monday, today marks my first run since my last 10km run. I've planned in 3 runs in a week with a possibility of another one with Saturday's or even Sundays for gym - to work my body like abs, shoulders, biceps etc.. It's a really good thing is running - so good for me.

I normally have a presentation I do on a Monday but come last Friday I realised that I'd probably have to prepare on a Sunday - wasn't having any of that, so I moved it on Friday. So I've got a fairly chilled out day. One of the consequences of the bigger pack with me today, is that I fitted my iPad in, so I'm going to aim to lounge about reading(ahem, researching).

Had a strange dream that I should add railway extensions to my apartment. Dunno but I had this notion that my place was a railway station but it needed to grow bigger, thus the extensions. Quirky.

I also had a dream or rather a thought, which might have been part of the dream or not, I'm not sure now. Anyway, so the thought was that London, the city, was a harvester - you know, the machine - and people were harvested by it every day or something...I know pretty strange. So yeah, there's that.

I'm real happy that I had a rest from work, for a while there I thought that I was going to burst. Also, I need to take more breaks, I don't do that nearly enough. I need to walk around more. It can't be all that good sitting so much. You think about it and it's like 25 hours or more a week that you sit, especially if you write software like me.

Need breakfast.
