I very nearly put on a suit today. That would've been a cataclysmic shock to the chaps at work (and to perhaps the cashiers that serve me for lunch) but I didn't, so life and dress doth proceed as per usual. One of the great things about a suit(and this will sound strange) is that suits have many pockets and I'm a sucker for anything that has more than 4 pockets. The other reason based on the last is how efficiently you can carry stuff. Meaning you I don't need to hold stuff in my hands while traveling, which for me is essential. That said, a ruck-sack or bag which you'd think would aid this strange preference suffers the same problem - I've got to hold onto it, make space for it on the tube and shuffle it around which, to my delicate hassle-free life is too much.

Essentially, probably the most impressive and useful item I carry with me, besides the obvious credit cards and house keys, is my iPhone, which I think was passed down from God to Steve. These all fit into my back pocket and the rest doesn't matter.

For the last couple of days I've opted to listen to Spotify to fall asleep. it hasn't worked particularly well as I stay up listening to them. Silly I suppose. Yesterday was particularly uneventful apart from a rather intense gym session near the end which I presume was possible due to my rather lethargic presence most of that day and because I got bored of idling and yearned for exercise.

Bought a Men's Health mag last night, flicked through it and could not but help that it was essentially a woman's magazine masquerading as a man's one. You had advice on what makes you super attractive, what styles you can go for and what they tell about you. Their are fashion sections that advise you on what's hot. Their even was a perfume page - you know the ones - where you have to lift up a side of the page and whiff the fragrance, again that's a woman's thing. Anyway maybe I'm being to harsh but the only thing I found remotely useful was the collection of gym exercises and even the meal combinations / recipes didn't quite do it for me.

Their was a section about living a minimalist life but that didn't help me very much - funny because they were minimalist on the details...

I also decided yesterday that I was going to have a sheesh kabab jam-packed with meat and I was not let down, especially after a hard gym session you just want to eat huge. Watched the dude grill up the stuff and the meat looked pretty lean so that's good. i cant help feeling that this sorta meal is somewhat unhealthy but that has never stopped me before - if I feel like it, I'll have it - my body and me have very open and understandable lines of communication!

So today's Monday, I'm in a good place to resume from Friday so all is good.
