Ok so it's been what 3 days now since I last lifted a finger at the gym or go running. This has primarily been due to my last weekend blister bonanza.
I've been out of it because I've been having difficulty walking like a normal person and seem to be doing John Wayne most days. Well so today I added 2 minor coverings on my heels so that my shoes don't eat into my blisters, this is so much better than the last couple of days where I was basically performing open-heel surgery(ok maybe a bit over the top) so things are looking up. This is good because I plan to do a 14Km run this weekend.
Still need to plan the route, but I think I need to try and do another 5km run before then but it all relies on how my blisters do. What I don't want to do is mess up my hard heel work work just by rushing to go run...so it all depends. Probably will go to the gym now on as I can walk non-John wayney.
