3CX PBX integration utility for Dark Origins

As part of an integration project, entering outbound rules into the 3CX PBX system was tedious and error prone. 

This project connects directly to the 3CX appliance thropugh it API and creates outbound rules that you provide in its configuration.

The application was coded in C# and utilized the console for rapid use instead of using a GUI.
