Today my run back from the gym was much more relaxed than usual, I guess that's because I wasn’t particularly late or exactly on time – I was a bit early in my schedule, also I knew that my next run would be 15 minutes later than usual – I’ve recalculated my starting run times so that I catch the bus in good time without waiting too long.

So usually I’m around 4:30/km but I was about 5:00/km today. It was a good run. it marked the 705th KM run in my pegasus shoes. Well done chaps, you’re doing great!

Speaking of catching the bus, I for some reason ‘uped’ the pace here – perhaps I thought ‘dont miss the buss, dont miss the buss…’ though I should’ve had lots of time – hence me starting 15 minutes earlier. The pace was the usual 4:30/km and in terms of pace distribution, I was in Z5/6(V02Max/Anaerobic) for most of the time – more than half of the time funny enough. Apparently I suffered a bit, with a ‘suffer score’ of 22. For the last couple of days I’ve seen only my own footprints on the overhead bridges that cross over the roundabout which is kinda cool. Its like I was seeing my past self and past self’s effort. Today their wasn’t enough cold/mist/front to make out footprints.

Then moving on from when I got off at the bus stop which was also much faster at a pace of 4:14/km:

So this week, so far, 9 km have been covered – last week it was 45km.
