image1443236859.jpgWhy do people use iTunes? Probably because it is a pleasure to use. Also, because it works really well and makes things easy - think purchasing music, videos etc. The iPhone when connected to iTunes use the very best intergration into iTunes an that's a good thing - So iPhone and iTunes are compelling reasons to get an iPhone. iPhone I seen as more than just a phone - it's a portable media device, and so I many other 'smart phones'. So being so easy to intergrate to the best media provider and service platform, namely iTunes is really good for the iPhone users ou there. Ok so you have music & video easily accesible and transfered straight to your iPhone. Problem solved: iPhone has the best multimedia experiance. What else do people want from their phone? Phone calls. Done. What else? err, that should be it. Um, no - people want productivity and utilities from their phone - Applications. iPhone has the biggest, most stable, *quality* application platforms, again interfaced with the best platform: iTunes. I mentioned stable and quality - this is important, no one wants buggy, virusy, spamy, phishy, unsecure apps. this is after all out phone, contacts, email an browsing device! So iPhone users get this too. great, Applications and Productivity solved. Oh and the web browser rocks! Ok, now at what price do we get this?

We don't get joe blogs brand new app he wrote yesterday on the iPhone, we leave the testing, bug fixing, virus finding to Android users. Sound fine by me.

We don't get flash, because it's not robust enough and can crash entire device sessions.

We have to be patient for new features that we want, but we will get them and they will work, beautifully. They are tested thoroughly through possible user senario based testing - like everyday use etc...

We have to pay a more for the above mentioned.

So this is what Im thinking:

ANDROID BYTE ME!
